At Ry Dogs, we believe gundog training should be accessible, pressure-free, and full of wagging tails.

We introduce retrieves, recall, steadiness, hunting games, and more in a way that keeps dogs motivated and thriving.

From impulse control to reliable recall, you’ll see how gundog foundations can transform everyday behaviour.

No harsh methods. No drill-sergeant style. Just clear communication, fun learning, and plenty of encouragement.

Whether you have a young puppy discovering the world, an energetic adolescent who needs a job to do, or an older dog looking for mental stimulation, our lessons are tailored to bring out the best in every dog.

We keep groups small and relaxed so both you and your dog can learn at your own pace. We celebrate the successes—and laugh through the hiccups—together.

An 8 session group of lessons costs £120. All sessions are held at our private training location and include use of placeboards and dummies. We can also arrange 1-2-1 sessions.

The location has a mixture of open field and woodland, ensuring you and your dog have nothing but fun.
